Happy New Year.

Well another year has come and gone. What I like about the New Years holiday is, one it’s my birthday, and two it is the chance for a do over, a new beginning. Yep clean the slate and start a fresh.

Many people have made New Years resolutions, not me, I stopped making them years ago. I found resolutions set me up for failures and let downs. Why? Because the minute I slipped up I would feel guilty, so why even make them in the first place?
